Morgan's Announcement

More Christmas....

These are the days.....

We are having so much fun preparing for Christmas around here! It is a very busy time around our house...especially for me! Seems as though I am constantly chasing after my busy angels! They love the Christmas Tree and lights, and despite the gate...manage to still get into it! It is so much fun each morning to dress them in their Christmas outfits (thank you Mom/Nana)....I wish I could take more pictures as these days are flying by. Speaking of time flying...Morgan will be 1 month on Christmas Eve...CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!! Merry Christmas Everyone!

Meltdown Maddy....this is her with her purse. She wants so much for me to hold her but my hands were full with Morgan eating...shortly after taking the picture I played it back for her in the camera and she giggled. The meltdown didn't last long! She knows what she is doing! :=)

I finally got our cards completed and ordered. Now...if only I can get them addressed and in the mail by Christmas! We shall see! It was a lot simpler doing individual shots of the angels this year. I do hope you enjoy our card as I am one proud mama and feel truly blessed this Christmas Season with three precious Angels sent straight from Heaven!

Saturday's Haircut

Today we took Thomas for his first "official" haircut with Mr. Jim. I am sure you've noticed his hair getting longer and longer and more in his eyes over the last few weeks.....he was definitely blessed with the hair! I attempted to trim it out of his eyes on Monday only to find it a bit choppy and uneven.....so off to the "real" barber we went! He was soooo good and stood in the chair like a big boy! It broke my heart to see the "baby" disappear and the little boy take shape...but we are all better for the new cut. I hope you enjoy the following pictures. The ones of him at the barber shop are from my camera phone which makes them a little more unclear. Once home, I got out the real camera and captured some sweet moments between angels! Have a blessed afternoon and try to stay warm!

Updates:

Wow...I feel sooo behind! I apologize for not updating sooner! Morgan is doing great! Her 2nd EKG reported a normal little heart! We had our 2nd appt on Thursday and found her to be a healthy and perfect little angel! She gained 9 oz in 9 days which just thrilled Shannon and I...especially after the weight concerns we went through with Thomas and Maddy. She is back to her birth weight of 7lbs 3 ounces. Morgan is a happy, content, sleepy, relaxed, and beautiful little angel! She brings so much joy to our lives! Thank you all for your prayers....God has heard them all and has blessed us with 3 healthy and happy angels! Blessings to you all!!!

Wow...what a busy time we are having. The angels are all adjusting very well. Morgan is such a good baby! She sleeps a lot and really only cries out when she is hungry or when I am changing her diaper/clothes...she does not like to be disturbed! I guess she got used to all the loudness that comes with 14 month old twins...b/c Thomas and Maddy do not seem to disturb her one bit! Maddy just loves Morgan. Points to her all the time, wants to touch her head and kiss her, and even says her name. She has shown no jealousy. As for Thomas....there has been quite a streak of jealousy. I thought it was continued teething but I do believe it to be more than that. Thomas is quite the lover and I am afraid and sad to admit that I am not in the floor hugging and loving on him as much as I did before. My hands tend to be more full with feedings, preparing meals, cleaning up, etc. I try...but can't quite meet the attention I gave him prior to Morgan. He is adjusting and will continue to get better I know...for now it is a lot more tears and pulling on my legs, etc. He loves on Morgan but can also be a bit rough if you aren't careful.....but he can be that way at times with Maddy. What he sees as love can sometimes be a bit hard.....but his heart is sooo good! Again, we are adjusting...we are ALL adjusting. I miss sleep ...that is for sure! However, I can't praise God enough for the 3 healthy angels that I have been sooooo very blessed with! I am a proud wife and mama...so very proud! Stay tuned for updates...we are still awaiting the EKG results from last week on Morgan...however, Dr. Flowers felt really good about her heart beat so I am optimistic it will be just fine!
P.S. We enjoyed a great game yesterday....RTR! Both teams played very well and it was quite the fun to watch! We are generally a War Eagle family but yesterday we were pulling for the Crimson!
