How many folks does it take to get 5 angels to look and smile for the camera.....I don't know because Nana and I were obviously not successful....but boy are they cute!

Running in the yard....Nana and Poppy have the best yard for running! I see future tag football games!!!!

Gardening with Nonnie

Pulling weeds....and petals...haha....poor flowers! Nonnie says it best though.....what is the use in growing flowers if your grandchildren can't pick them!

Enjoying a cold beverage after a day in the yard....well, it was at least half an hour...and it was hot! Thank you Nonnie for helping to cultivate our green thumb!!!!

The Jeep!

All I can picture is 15 years from now.....and my heart aches!!!!!

Family Day

Today we ventured out for a family day.......we experienced Lafayette, AL....and all it had to offer! LOL! The kids loved the slide, train, and hotdogs!!!! Fun times!!!!

Cabin Time.......

This past week Shannon and I celebrated 4 years of marriage......yep, 3 perfect angels in 4 years....who could ask for more?!?!?!! We celebrated by taking the family down to Eufaula for some quality cabin time! Nana and Poppy kept priss (Morgan) while Thomas and Maddy roughed it with Shannon and I (LOL). If you could see the cabin you would know it is not roughing it......just pure pleasure with a few spiders on the side :) What a blessing to get this time as a family and what a joy it is to share the memories with you!

We had a great time....fishing, picnics, planting, cooking, riding ranger, playing.....great fun! Thank you Poppy for letting us enjoy this little piece of Heaven...next year Morgan will be in the mix for sure!!!!!

Touch A Truck

I was soooo thankful when our Nonnie told us about this cool event in town! What fun! We saw fire trucks, ambulances, police cars, animal rescue trucks, sporting vehicles, tow trucks, ice cream trucks and more!!!! Fun stuff!!!!!

It's that time of year again.....so far we have onions, cantaloupe, carrots, potatoes, etc....daddy keeps us hopping.....it is definitely interesting to say the least with the additional help this year!!!!

Maddy's newest dinner request is "Sketti" ...or spaghetti as we have all come to know and love! haha!!!!! I think I am still finding noodles on the floor!

traditions.....

Valley Pancake Day at Langdale Gym......the Kiwanis put this on annually and I am proud to admit that since I met Shannon, I have not missed a breakfast! (Living in Valley that is). Anyways....I am sooo honored to make this a tradition for the angels as well!!!!!

A walk in the park......

Perhaps I should say a walk, jump, skip, climb, swing, and slide in the park! We had a blast! We visited Augusta with our daddy.......he had some meetings to attend, so we ventured to a spot I dreamed of playing at when we lived here before. Thomas and Maddy were too young to enjoy this beautiful park when we were here then, as they were not even walking then. However, all three angels enjoyed today's visit to the Evans City Park! I would love to see something like this in Valley!!!!!

Morgan was in awe of all the fun.....she watched from a distance for a while!

Maddy opted to get back in the safety swing after test driving the "big kid" swing.......she liked going higher than I would allow in the other swing!
