Shannon and I have wanted kids together ....well, basically since the day we met. He and I both have such a heart for children. We decided to begin trying once we married. With the recommendation of a family member, we sought the help of a fertility clinic. The ART Program of Alabama (Birmingham) and Dr. Long have been a Godsend. We are expecting out twins in October. I am currently 11 weeks. We truly feel blessed. The team that worked with us (Sarah, Lynn, Rhonda, and Ashley) are our angels. They became a second family and the clinic was like a second home. We were sad to say our goodbyes last week...but we promised to visit. We will now begin Dr. Cooper in Opelika on Monday....our 1 year Wedding Anniversary. It is amazing the journey we've had in one year.
